Glad you stopped by to learn more about us.  LAVANDAURA offers luxury candle gift sets that are made of high-quality natural soy wax with no dyes. Our designs evoke joy, positivity, and inspire the personal expression of both the giver and the receiver.  Our collections feature a choice of classic fragrances, and candle sizes, that are beautifully gift wrapped for any occasion. Weddings are our specialty however we offer a full range of seasonal and gift collections for any occasion. What makes us unique is our gift set combinations which produce an amazing unboxing experience for everyone on your list, including you!  We are very proud to be a women-owned business mentored by the Women's Entrepreneurial Development Center (NY).  LAVANDAURA was founded in 2021, and it is owned by BC Workshop 365 LLC (2019). 

LAVANDAURA is a home fragrance brand. All collections, now and in the future, are high-quality products made of natural soy, essential oils of over 90 different fragrances, glass vessels, and lids of metal or wood. The paper products we use are made of recycled paper or 100% recyclable paper, and our gift boxes, and shipping materials are made of various amounts of recycled materials. Our products are designed to fit into any décor, celebrate special events, nature’s seasons, and all the other reasons (birthdays, anniversaries, personal milestones).  

You can include special instructions during check out process, please tell us you would like a gift note included, and what you would like it to say.   

Shipping may take longer than usual due to coronavirus response procedures. LAVANDAURA offers free ground shipping within the continental US for orders over $100 after discounts are applied. LAVANDAURA currently offers continental US shipping only. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Subject to product availability, orders received Monday through Thursday are shipped within 48 hours; orders received on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday. All orders shipped via standard shipping should be received within 5 to 10 business days within the United States. You can also expedite your shipping for an additional fee. Large shipments may also incur an additional shipping fee. We do not ship to PO boxes, APOs or other jurisdictions. LAVANDAURA cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.  Once you order online you can check your order status by logging onto 'my account' and then selecting order history.  Please  CONTACT US if you have any questions or call #1-800.  To protect LAVANDAURA’s customers from fraudulent transactions, all orders are subject to review and verification. As part of the verification process, an order may be temporarily placed on hold to verify credit card billing information, which may include contacting the credit card holder.

We will send your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our fulfillment center. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your Orders page in your account.  

At this time, we currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses in the U.S.  Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.  

We are happy to accept returns within 15 days of customer receipt as follows:

Your return and exchange will be processed promptly and will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchanges is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request. Sale merchandise is considered final sale, and not eligible for return or exchange.  Returns made beyond 15 days will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Please fill out the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM on the CONTACT US page, and attach it to the  CONTACT US form within 15 days of purchase receipt.  Valid returns will be emailed a Return Authorization number. Please provide the Return Authorization number on the outside of the returned package and make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.  Send the unopened and unused merchandise to:

Once received, we will credit the original credit card used for purchase. Original shipping costs, and return shipping costs, are non-refundable. We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.  

If Damaged/Broken upon receipt: 

If something arrives to you broken or damaged, please contact us immediately, we'll ask you to send a pic of the damage, and then replace it immediately.  Thank you.

Once you have clicked checkout, your order starts being processed. You may be able to change or cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible by telephone at 1-800-218-2105 from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am EST-5:00pm EST, or by email bc@bcworkshop365.com.

Sometimes we sell out of a product and, in most cases, the product will be replenished within 6 to 8 weeks. If we discontinue a product, we’ll note the site prior and accordingly. 

Our products are sold in specialty retailers throughout North America.
